I am an NCC Board Certified Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in Anxiety, Depression, and Grief.

I’ve always been drawn to psychology and the study of the human mind. I was a software developer in my first career until one day I decided I wanted to devote my life to helping people. I returned to school and then worked in child welfare, community agencies, and private practice settings, helping a culturally diverse group of people with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, anger, personality disorders, and men’s issues. I’ve had my own very difficult experiences in life and if you suffer from anxiety, depression, or grief, I am especially able to empathize with your experience.

I am passionate about helping people get in better touch with and better express their feelings. I’m patient, detail-oriented, a great listener, creative, and very empathetic. I am very insightful and feel deeply, allowing me to help my clients in both the way they think about their worlds as well as the way they feel about them.
